FIRST LADY ELIZABETH RAY
Small, but mighty would be the ideal way to describe 1st Lady Elizabeth Ray. She is a beloved Woman of God with a giving spirit and an unyielding dedication to serving others.
Whatever role that needs to be filled within the church; she is absolutely willing to do so. From the Usher Board, to the Deaconesses, to working with the Youth and Young Adults, 1st Lady Ray never hesitates to lend her time, energy, and heart wherever and whenever it is needed.
She is heavily involved in the community, serving on numerous committees to feed and clothe the homeless, visit those in the hospital, and witnessing to anyone who desires to learn about Jesus Christ. She leads and mentors the women of our church passionately with a focus of creativity, service, and biblical teaching. She was recognized by the Ft. Worth Chapter of Eta Phi Beta Sorority for her accomplishments within her church and community.
For over 25 years, she has served as a member of the Fort Worth I.S.D. Transportation Staff. She has been recognized on numerous occasions for her tireless dedication to serving the students of whom she has been entrusted to their care.
Elizabeth is a proud graduate of the historic Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Fort Worth. She is a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Every person who has the pleasure of knowing 1st Lady Ray has been positively impacted by her benevolent and willing spirit.
